Well speaking as someone who has coached (to many) youth sports over the years while I think it would be nice to use grades as a modavation IMHO at younger ages I think that parents are as if not more responsable for there kids acadimic preformance so what you really should be doing is modavating the parents to get there kids grades up.


Insted of a playing time rule (which would be a nightmare to regulate through the season) why not wave the signup fee for all As on there last report card/Half Price for 1st Honor role and so on this would IMHO do more to modavete the parents to push there kids alittle more
